Temp to Hire Administative Assistant

On behalf of our client, a financial advisory firm in Midtown Manhattan, The Supporting cast is looking for a talented Administrative Assistant for a Temp to Perm position at the company. Along with another administrative assistant, responsibilities will include assisting with reception and front desk duties, administrative tasks such as working on Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, formatting of materials in Word, as well as some Personal Assistant duties.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm. Pay is competitive based on experience.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of corporate office experience. This position is with a company that offers growth within the organization and they are looking for a pro-active, forward thinking individual to join their team.
