We are currently seeking a professional and motivated individual for a Event Catering Coordinator/Admin for a Cafe & Conference center.

Job Qualifications
Minimum of 1 years of previous experience in event coordination & creating BEO's.
Familiar with system (Event Master, Del 5 or Opera)
Assist operations & Catering Manger with events booked within the facility
Liaison with clients daily to meet expectation and needs.
Must be well organized, attention to detail & knowledge of building relationships with 3rd party vendors.
Plan and organize events.
Speak and write clearly.
Complete all assigned tasks, reports, projects etc. in a professional manner and on an on-time basis.

Requirements:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
1+ year experience OR recent Hospitality graduate
3-6 month contract position
Mid April start date
