Executive support to the Marketing Team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Writing and distributing eNews covering events, media activities and news releases around the worldwide firm.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Prepare expense reports and daily time entries
  • Update and maintain contact bases
  • Maintain calendars and set up and book conference rooms
  • Coordinate travel
  • Maintain filing systems
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years solid experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be super organized and able to thrive in fast paced environment
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Should be flexible with OT
  • Can maintain confidentiality
