Person will have responsibility for all HR functions.  Will maintain and develop firm policies and procedures.

Responsibilities-
-Will be administering and complying with all federal and state employment laws
-Manage compensation, create a wage/salary structure
-Manage all all employee issues and management requests
-Propose, develop and implement all personnel policies
-Conduct orientation and training

The qualified candidate for this position must have excellent management and interpersonal skills, as well as a Bachelors Degree.  Minimum of six years HR experience required.
