The Supporting Cast is a leading provider of staffing solutions in New York City. We are the boutique agency that companies turn to when they are in need of excellent executive support, office, hospitality and event staff. Currently, we are looking to add an Account Executive to our sales team.

 Essential duties and responsibilities:

Prospect for new accounts including cold-calling, building relationships with target acounts and working referral networks.
Strengthen existing client relationships and educate clients on the latest staffing solutions and technologies.

Job Requirements (only candidates meeting all of the job requirements will be considered)

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in selling B2B solutions to Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 accounts. Experience in the staffing industry or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a sales role.
• Strong, stable work history.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
• College degree is required.

Compensation
