We are currently seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced Luxury Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to work a full- time schedule. 

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years working front desk in NYC luxury hotel 
  • Full- time scheduling, flexibility is key
  • Keen sense of attention to detail
  • Available to start immediately
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Effective at listening to understanding and clarifying
Job Description:
  • Familiar with SOP and Training manual with accuracy
  • Knowledge of Opera Software is a plus, hotel uses it to check guests in/ out
  • Oversee all public areas with hotel ensuring immaculate condition
  • Seek opportunities for development and actively participate in training provided.
  • Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidential info
  • Perform other duties requested by management
